Booking and rules :

Once the booking is done, an invoice is sent to the customer and need to be paied to Lyon Secret Tour.

For groups and companies with special formulas,a tour is booked once the customer accept a quotation and confirmed the appointment 

Lyon Secret Tour commit to be here and on time following the booking of a tour. In case of external events that put a stop to the service,

the customer will be reimburse in its entirety or will get proposed to make the tour on another day.  

The client needs to be here on time. If there’s any late, the schedule booked will stay the same.       

Cancellation charges :.

If there is a cancellation more the 21 days before the service, the amount will be fully reimburse”

If there is a cancellation less than 21 days before the service, the amount will be reimburse from 50%.

If there is a cancellation less than 5 days before the service, there will be no reimbursement.

If the client don’t show up for the tour, there will be no reimbursment.

Insurances : 

In case of any accidents during the service, Lyon Secret tour disclaim all responsibilities.
